Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Our Return Promise

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-fitted swimwear (including competition water polo suits)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days (faster than our standard shipping!), we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in original packaging with tags attached. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective (which is rare – we quality check like champion swimmers!), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than a freestyle lap!
