Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll process your request faster than our competition suits dry.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-fitted swimwear (like our competition water polo suits)
  • Personalized items
  • Products without original tags

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days (faster than our standard shipping!), we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in original packaging with tags attached. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval

Refund Details

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective (which is rare – we quality check like champion swimmers!), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than a freestyle lap!
